System Safety Institute
The System Safety Institute (or SSI) has been dedicated to solving the industry’s shortage in system safety-driven development expertise. SSI offers the proper level of support to complete all necessary development steps called out by ARP 4761 under commercial certification basis as well as MIL-STD 882E employed by the Department of Defense for military system development. In addition to the expert manpower, SSI offers training packages, templates, and general strategies to ensure comprehensive safety-driven engagement by all development leads. Finally, SSI provides a one-of-a-kind independent review package for commercial astronauts looking to sign off on the safety level design of the commercial space vehicle they plan to ride during their mission.
